Tony Chan's Water Club is an internationally renowned, Miami’s premier Chinese restaurant. It was established in 1991, located inside the Doubletree Grand Hotel lobby, next to the beautiful Biscayne Bay and the Sealine Marina. Giant glass-enclosed kitchen in the lower level showcases the culinary arts of Chinese Cooking. Signature dishes include Peking duck, Steamed Chilean Sea bass, North Sea baked scallop, Shark's fin, Abalone, etc..., and there are about 200 items to choose from. In addition to Chinese menu, it also has sushi bar for sushi lovers, it offers fresh, high quality fishes for your palate, and also a full bar and extensive wine list which has wide collections of domestic and international fine wines to enhance your dining enjoyment.
